2011 New Zealand Hospital Tertiary Services National Conference
  
This is the fourth of an annual series of national meetings on
tertiary services management and efficiency in New Zealand hospitals.
The themes for the day are: defining value in healthcare; hospital
management trends and related issues in tertiary services development.
This event will consist of invited paper sessions on management
aspects relating to a wide spectrum of issues being faced by hospitals
and by their provision of tertiary services. During the sessions, both
theoretical and empirical presentations will be made.
On the 29th of November, there are two further workshops
on performance analysis and on performance behaviour.
This year, ADHB is again hosting the conference and I would like to
acknowledge Dr Denis Jury, ADHB's Chief Planning & Funding Officer for
his continued support. Also, I would like to thank Patrick Low and Anna
Roberton as members of the local organising committee.
